Metafin Group Holdings Ltd specialises in Cathodic Electropaint and Powder Coating processes, to the most stringent automotive specifications.

The whole site has 3 Electropaint plants, each computer controlled and monitored to produce repeatable performances day after day. These are complimented by 2 Powder Coating plants using the most up to date coating equipment.

Metafin appreciate that the coating process is only as good as the preparation. Therefore in addition to the in line pre treatment facilities we have separate Shotblasting, Degreasing, Zinc Phosphate and Pickling pre treatment plants, which are used prior to the coating process as and when required.

The pickling plant was designed to cope with the rise in parts that have laser cut edges. Removing the oxide build up that this process produces and therefore improves the adhesion of subsequent coatings.
